Upcoming Flu Clinics
Dear Parent/Guardian,
Has everyone in your family had their flu (influenza) vaccine?
There will be a FREE flu vaccine clinic at Nicholas A Ferri Middle School on Friday, October 10 and Friday, November 7 from 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM. Families are welcome.
Here’s some important information about the FREE flu vaccine clinic:
• Register online at schoolflu.com to schedule an appointment.
• Online registration is strongly recommended to ensure enough vaccine is available for all who attend this event.
• Walk-ins will be limited on a first come, first served basis when resources are available.
• Insurance information will be collected. However, people without insurance may also get vaccinated.
• The vaccine is FREE with no out-of-pocket costs for anyone.
The flu is a serious, highly contagious, and sometimes deadly disease. Catching the flu usually results in missing days of work and school. You might even have to spend time in the hospital. Don’t take the risk — the flu vaccine is your best protection against the flu and severe illness.
