Online Registration Directions Grades 1-12

 
Starting on Monday, July 11th, the Johnston Public Schools will be utilizing a new Online Registration Portal for all grades K - 12. The online registrations will be managed through the Aspen Family Portal

Steps to Register:
** Please note: At this time, any online registrations must be completed on a computer; cell phones and tablets are not compatible with the online registration tool.
 
If you already have an Aspen account with the Johnston Public Schools
Sign in using your current User ID and password.
If you do not remember your login credentials, please email [email protected].

If you are new to the Johnston School district, follow the steps below to request an account.
  1. On the Aspen login page click on "Request an Account"
  2. Complete the online form with your name, address, and email address. You will also be asked to create a password and a security question. 
    Please make note of these items as you will need them to log into your account.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email with a link that you must click to activate your account.
  4. Once your account request has been verified, log into Aspen using the email address and password that you entered in Step 2 above.
PLEASE NOTE: BOTH User ID and password are case sensitive.
